Advice Needed – best bang for buck battery with 8kw Sunsynk
Thanks I didn't think of it that way, very good point, that being said, I am still wondering how some of the other brands are performing, Greenrich, Volta, Dyness etc.?

Advice Needed – best bang for buck battery with 8kw Sunsynk
I didn't want to put the limitation on the post, I have 2 smaller BSL batteries, I would have compared the cost/value of adding a third vs possibly another option, but again I didn't want the discussion to be around my specific setup.

Advice Needed – best bang for buck battery with 8kw Sunsynk
Good afternoon, the time has come for me to upgrade my current battery, I would like to get recommendations what would be the best bang for buck at the moment, meaning best combo for value and reliability. I don't really want to put any sort of limitation on size, number of batteries etc, but would say my zone is around 10-15kw size. Please let me know what combo and brand seems to be on top of the list at the moment. Thanks

Issue with battery percentage dropping
Need your input as to what might be happening, I have a 8kw sunsynk inverter with 2 x BSL batteries (plus panels), in the photos it seems that when my battery reaches about 40% it suddenly drops and then charges again, is it potentially a setting or maybe a bigger problem?

Sunsynk setting during loadshedding
I would like to know if there is a setting on my Sunsynk 5kw inverter where I can “activate” my non-essential loads during loadshedding to use my panels/batteries? Say for instance on a very hot day, during loadshedding, I want to run my aircon, is there a way around the non-essential side? Thanks

BSL Bull batteries with Sunsynk 5.5
I have not touched any settings thus far since the installation a couple of months ago, and everything is working great, but wanted to get some advice for optimal settings to get the most out of my 2 batteries everyday, while also making sure they are handled with care for the long term. I am sure there is a good balanced setting setup, or at least get a couple of suggestions to consider?

Solar panel layout
I currently have 6 panels on my west-facing roof and 4 panels on my normal angled north-facing roof. I don't have more north-facing space but a medium sized flat roof on the northern side that gets the same amount of sunlight. Would it be possible to add a couple more panels on the flat roof to the angled north-facing string? So basically the question, can I add different angled panels to the same string?

Best geyser setup for already finished solar PV system
Good evening I have 10 x 455w panels with a 5kw Sunsynk inverter, currently using about 70% of my generating capacity with battery, aircon, poolpump etc and manually switching my 3kw geyser on for 3 hours from 11-2pm. I need to streamline the geyser part since I might be going back to the office, what could you recommend for me, and someone else would need to install it for me, so if you know of someone that could do this in Cape Town it would also be appreciated. Complete novice comment, but thought something like a 2kw XTend PTC Ceramic element (northfaceenergy) with a geyserwise kit could work?
