3KVA Axpert MKS

Has anyone had a 3KVA Axpert MKS freeze on them before? When I got to it the screen showed 230V in and 230V out as if in bypass mode, but it didn't output anything. Pressing the buttons on the front below the display also did nothing. Switching it on and off at the bottom also did nothing. Flipping the breakers on the db also did nothing. Finally pulling the DC fuse from the batteries killed it and when I put it back it started up normally and is working fine for the last 2 days.

has anyone else had such an experience? Could it be firmware related?

So did you update the firmware?

Check in whatchpower if you swich of grid if you getting error return back from the inverter. Mine does not give any errors which is due to old firmware
