I have read through all the threads and it makes sense, however the results I see don't reflect the discussions. My Test: 1. I disconnect the inputs from the Solar panels so there is no PV 2. Set Power to 1000W.Aux off 96% and on 100% 3. Switch on Geyser which is on the AUX load whith SOC at 93% From the screenshots you will see the system drawing from the batteries. Am I wrong or don't I understand it correctly

1 x 5KVA Inverter with 2 x Pylontech batters connected up to ICC software and Pylontech Cable Lately I see the batteris are being overcharged as per ICC Software. Not sure if is reading and calculating the values correctly. The values being return to the IIC software are 52.00 volts Any advice.

After some more searching found this. Is the 58.1 Bulk charge not too high? Source of documentation can be found on https://documents.unboundsolar.com/media/crown-cr430-6v-flooded-l16-battery-deep-cycle-battery-maintenance-4265081767-2.pdf

I have searched the forum but cannot find any suggestions on this. I have 8 x Crown CR235 6v batteries that I would like to use in my solar (Axpert) setup but not sure what the setting should be. I have search the internet but I am afraid the info provided is way above my understanding. The questions I have... What is the bulk change voltage? What is the float voltage? What is the cut off voltage?

Ek het so bietjie gekyk of ek die Windows version of Raspbery PI will gebruik. -
Agree. This is harsh I am also looking for the downloads and now I need to post 15 posts. So this is just a post to add another one. I am lured to the fact that I want to post useless information on other topics to to make the count.

Ek het die sagteware by Manie gekry en dit werk baie beter as die WatchPower sagteware. Ek gebruik ook die USB kabel en dit werk soos ʼn droom. -
I also have a 3kva Model and all working fine without any freeze. The firmware versions U1= 15.70 and u2 = 3.23. The problem I am facing is that the PV Input power shows 0 Have you been able to update the firmware.

Chris Thank you for the confirmation that it is indeed an Rebranded Axpert. This makes finding information a lot quicker and easier. I have already downloaded the software and got the key from Manie. -

Thank you for the response.I will certainly look him up. This forum has such great stuff and I don't know where to start. I have so many questions but I will start slowly. -
A Solar DIY installation: 3 Watt 24 volt Replus by Rensola, 4 x 100 Amp batteries and 6 x 500 watt panels All working fine and I have already saved on my monthly bill since installation in Jan 2017. The software version that came with the systems did not work as it would not read the correct USB port. I managed to find a new version Watchpower V1.09 on the internet Ok so here is my problem In order for me to get real data and measurements I have to have a laptop/pc connected and running on the systems for 24 hours a day. I tried searching the internet for other software that can run on Rasberry PI but I am totally baffled by the names and acronyms. I also see that there is another inverter called the Axpert and looks very much like the Replus I have. So my 2 questions: Is there other software available for monitoring? And is the Axpert and Replus the same thing, just under a another name? Nico
