December 8, 20169 yr Has anyone had a 3KVA Axpert MKS freeze on them before? When I got to it the screen showed 230V in and 230V out as if in bypass mode, but it didn't output anything. Pressing the buttons on the front below the display also did nothing. Switching it on and off at the bottom also did nothing. Flipping the breakers on the db also did nothing. Finally pulling the DC fuse from the batteries killed it and when I put it back it started up normally and is working fine for the last 2 days. has anyone else had such an experience? Could it be firmware related?

December 8, 20169 yr So did you update the firmware? Check in whatchpower if you swich of grid if you getting error return back from the inverter. Mine does not give any errors which is due to old firmwareSent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
December 8, 20169 yr Is see this also on the infini. It will go in a mode where it keeps on sending the same info. Only a power cycle will fix
April 17, 20179 yr I also have a 3kva Model and all working fine without any freeze. The firmware versions U1= 15.70 and u2 = 3.23. The problem I am facing is that the PV Input power shows 0 Have you been able to update the firmware.
