June 16, 20224 yr Good Evening, I need some urgent assistance from the more knowledgeable, i recently bought 2x 5kw Mecer inverters with the intention of getting a 10kw system up and running. how ever now that the installation is done and everything is as per requirement its giving me error code 82 on both inverters after doing some research it says synchronization loss can anyone help Thanks in advance. G
June 17, 20224 yr Do you have the paralleling boards installed? Are the cables wired correctly? For this error, I'd pay most attention to the "VGA" looking cables (grey, many pins). Are both inverters in PAL mode? Remember you have to have the switch off to make this setting change.
June 20, 20224 yr Hi, Just for interest sake? Are these MKS II versions as I had experienced this same effect on those. They run perfect for 10mins and then gives me that fault. They run perfectly in single mode though so eventually sold them both and got 2x MKSI inverters. What I did notice is it had something to do with the mppt, as the issue would only occur when solar is available
