Does the same custom cable work with a growatt inverter. 5 and 6 to 1 and 2 pin?

Can anyone help me to get the communication between the Felicity 8.7 and Luxpower 5.5 kw right. It says communication error?

Growatt with Felicity battery
Network cable: pins 1 and 2 from the inverter side to be connected to 5 and 6 at battery side.
Select Li battery at parameter 05 and set the parameter 36 (protocol) to 04.
Battery dip switches: 1 and 5 ON.

I've attached an (probably outdated) brochure that I have.

I've seen their battery's at quite a few houses on the west coast and also saw the same batteries in use at Montagu caravan park.  

So far at approx 190 cycles the batteries have served us quite well.

Apart from selling their own built batteries they also fix broken ones of almost any brands. I can recall seeing Alot of SolarMD batteries in the workshop due for BMS repairs when I went there to collect my batteries.

Hi All, I bought 2 batteries from Navitas Stellenbosch. I've had it since July 2022 and they are on 1222 and 1072 cycles. 
the one does not charge good any more and I cannot get hold of Dricus. Even his number is not available on the network? Does anyone have a new number for him?

Jammer, ek het ook al probeer om Dricus in die hande te kry

If anyone can help me with the pinouts to make up a battery communication cable between Navitas Battery and Axpert Inverter, it would be much appreciated!

Also have 3 of these Navitas batteries. 1 has stopped working and haven’t been able to get hold of Dricus. If anyone manages to find him or an alternative support that would be very much appreciated!
