Good day.

Just wanted to know if the 5kVA Luxpower Inverter is compatible with the Blue Nova Lithium Ion Batteries?

Thanks

Hi all

Just an update on what I finally got working on the Bluenova RacPower DU. I have the newer (odd version) blue Luxpower Inverter. I have been struggling for 8 months to get the comms working 100% as I was directed time and time again to setup with a BMAC and the incorrect cable.

Eventually I got someone out from Blue Nova themselves to check this and found that the cable setup is the same setup as the Goodwe (7/8 L/H on Battery and 4/5 L/H on Inverter) and that it does NOT need the BMAC to communicate. Only to use the BMAC to setup the battery and Inverter type, then Monitor battery health. The Luxpower setting is Setting 2 (same as Pylon Tech) for comms.

The Dipswitches on the Battery are currently set to 1 and 5 Up rest down.

This is now working 100% and even shows up the batteries Ah on the Inverter. Also no more dropping randomly when power returns or spikes.
