September 2, 20223 yr Hi All I have lost the ability to communicate with my Axpert King 5Kv unit. I installed and used Watchpower in the past but it stopped working. I have tried re installing it but it does not see the inverter. On my cellphone it does not pick up the inverter but it does show the Bluetooth icon on the inverter display. Can anyone help me to get this going again? Regards Marco
September 3, 20223 yr Hi Marco, have you tried rebooting the inverter? Mine sometimes does that and then a reboot helps.
September 4, 20223 yr Had this occurring every so often. Restarting inverter solves it. Eventually got a rs232 to usb cable which sorted it for good. The micro USB connection is iffy at times and for long term data monitoring.
