How much load current can the 8KW Sunsynk handle on the essential connection side? (It is said not to connects AC's on the essential connection because the rush in current is to high.)

The max passthru amperage is 50A, @ 230v works out to 11.5kw 

What size Aircon do you want to connect? 

I have an LG 24000btu inverter AC unit that works without any issue. The inverter AC's don't however have the same power rush that the conventional units require. 

Yeah Inverter ACs are decent in that regard. I was running 2x9000btu + 1x18000btu off a 5kw Sunsynk - power was provided via solar - and had no issues
