Hi People

I'm new to solar and very far from understanding, hence why I'm on this forum to understand more! Does anyone know what the pic means? Thank you in advance!

Thank for the response,  I have a Shoto 5,12 kWh battery with a Deye 5k inverter and 8 x 415 w panels.

Most likely this was due to insufficient power available from the battery to run whatever load was connected at that time. On the understanding that this battery in the link below is yours.

This battery specs indicate a maximum power of 3kW, or else 2.5kW standard. Times two batteries, if your 8kW Deye has got more than 5 or 6kW of connected loads, and if the grid is unavailable, and if there is not enough solar to help cover the load, then the batteries will be the bottleneck, and the BMS will probably shut it down. Suggestion would be to either turn off some less critical devices, set some devices to run later in the day when the sun is higher, or else get one additional battery.

• Maximum Charge / Discharge Current: 30A
• Recommended Charge / Discharge Current: 25A
• Standard Power: 2.5KW
• Maximum Power: 3KW
