Featured Replies

Hi. I have a sna5000 lupower inverter. I cant get the dongle to connect. I have tried everything. All it does is the bottom light is on and the middle one is flashing. I went into the ip address and set the wifi ssid and password there but still no luck. Any help please ?

Hi! Did you find a solution to this?

Hi, found the solution and it was right in front of my eyes all along 😁 . You need to use the laptop to set up the dongle

Follow the below steps to configure wifi password via web.
1 insert your dongle with inverter,
2. Please connect laptop to local hot spot sent by the wifi module
first when wifi LED on wifi module is solid on (The name of the hot spot is the same as the
serial number on the wifi module shell).
3. open a browser and go through website 10.10.10.1
4. go to Station mode setting and change SSID/your home WiFi >scan >Encryption mode -enable > wifi passward> save
5. You will see wireless network list, select your home WiFi and click OK.> Yes.
Then wait for 10 minutes the system will connect to internet.

Note:1.  Dongle does not work with 5GHz internet, only work with 2.4GHz internet
         2. do not enter WiFI mode select and change stuff.
