I have got a POWR320D to manage my geyser. I cannot get the 320D to update the firmware to version 1.1.1 from version 1.0.7 I have tried various times during the day and night. I also did a reset and joined my wifi network again after the default with no luck. I can only access the 320D from within my home network. I cannot access the 320D from the internet.

I also have the Mini R2 which works perfect from both home network and internet.

Hi

Please try and reserve a static address on your router for it and just reboot and then turn the device on and off.

Then switch of you phones WiFi and close the app and switch to sim data and open the ewelink app and let’s see if it can be turned on and off. its usually cause ny a NAT issue when ISP change your External IP
