November 21, 20223 yr I monitor my batteries religiously. I spoke to Hubble this morning as I one of my batteries has a cell difference. (Screenshot Attached) When I spoke to Hubble, they said it should not be more than 0.02 volts difference, but then changed to 0.2 volts, and then to 0.15 volts. Mine is sitting at 0.059 I confirmed this with PBM tools too so its not just solarassistants reading. What is the actual maximum this should be and when should I start getting concerned.

Mine is mostly between 0.02 and 0.025 depending on the SOC. At 50% SOC it is less than 0.01 At full charge or when it gets down to 30% then it shows up to 0.025 max. Check the differential at other SOC levels too.
November 21, 20223 yr Also interested to know. At 100% my difference between highest and lowest cell is 0.048V, at 50% soc it's about 0.01V. My AM2 is at 161 cycles by the way. Edit:Typo Edited November 21, 20223 yr by Mier Typo
