  1. Thank you So seems I am all good! I just want to keep an eye on them and make sure there are no funny things happening.
  2. I monitor my batteries religiously. I spoke to Hubble this morning as I one of my batteries has a cell difference. (Screenshot Attached) When I spoke to Hubble, they said it should not be more than 0.02 volts difference, but then changed to 0.2 volts, and then to 0.15 volts. Mine is sitting at 0.059 I confirmed this with PBM tools too so its not just solarassistants reading. What is the actual maximum this should be and when should I start getting concerned.
  3. Does not work with their cable either. That is a tad annoying.

  6. Thanks All I can read the info in PBM tools which means my cable is working ( I think ) I only have the 2.05 Version. Hubble did not send me the 1.46. They said it could be the cable so I have picked up theirs and will try again later. Will report back.
  7. Evening All I have eventually got around to trying to flash with the new Firmware. I get the following error on both batteries... Failed to request MCU Upgrade Command Any ideas? I will chat to Hubble Tomorrow I guess.

  12. @maxxis Awesome, Thank you for the break down. I was going to type something similar here after our discussions on the other forum. Glad to see its solved the issue. Once in AGM V it really does unlock a lot more out of the battery. @Powerforum Store Amazing. Thank you for liaising with Hubble on this. Their support has been topnotch from my side too. I really cant complain. I am sure in the next few months an update will be pushed through and we can use the Lithium setting again. Thanks from my side to all who have shared and got involved.

  15. So after the evening I am sitting at 3% battery according to Solar Assistant but Solarman showing 32% now after yesterdays charging up. Cells are at around 3.5volts and nicely balanced across the range.
  16. I will double check tomorrow. I did not have a look. I think they were all still above 3 volts. Nothing shut down or went into sleep mode.
  17. Alright, so at 44 Volts I managed to charge 9.7kWh today. Solar Assistant is showing 170Ah capacity for the bank 2x Am2's

  20. Morne I agree. They seem super willing to help. I have found the readings are not that accurate. Just to make sure you are getting the correct capacity, use the manual settings. Cutoff at 44 Volts ( some say you can go down to 42 ) and charge up to 53.6. Compare how many kWh you are using and charging. I have found the manual settings give me an extra 20% at 44 Volts. Testing again this eve to see what happens.
  21. Which inverter do you have? Do yourself a favour and set up the parameters manually and unplug your CAN cable. Then let it run for 24-48 hours and measure the kWh hours used and the kWh charged. I am getting huge discrepancies with what the inverter/solar assistant is telling me vs what's happening.
  22. I will monitor this evening by only discharging from 00.00 tonight and see what gets discharged in kWh I took out the Can cable and set the voltages with a shutdown of 45.00 Volts. This is how you set that... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQPtwkWgpEQ Percentages didn't show quite right but the bank took 9.60 kWh of charge today. This evening I will set it to 46 Volts. Seems to be the setting for 20% according to their chart.
  23. @system32 Sorry, I did not mean to hijack this thread at all. Some interesting info since solar assistant has been up for 24 hours. Originally Total AH on Solar Assistant read 190Ah as my first pic above. The second grab was after it was charged up from solar today. I Hubble Support to question the loss of capacity and was told I must bring them in. However, here is another interesting bit of data. Solar Assistant now reads 184Ah and its added another cycle from when the battery dropped to 89% earlier when the washing machine ran.

  25. @HubbleLithium @Energy-Jason Thank you for getting back to us. Spoke to Technical again. Monitored from 1 Day till the next and both batteries Capacity has decreased after one cycle.
