General Bitch about online Ordering

Featured Replies

Obviously is everyone going nuts ordering inverters and batteries, I have now tried 4 different "online" stores, here is a short summary of my experience:

1) It says online it is in stock, you place the order only to get a whatsapp, email, message, phone call(if you lucky) that sorry that item is out of stock, this happened with 2 stores and 1 of the stores said online they had 5 in stock

2) Most of the online stores has got no integration with courier services, so you got no idea what the courier bill will be, some give you the option to ask for a quote, good luck getting that quote, I have an open order at one online store where I am now waiting for more than 10 days for the courier quote, if you cannot even do something that simply that should take you 5 - 10 minutes, how will you execute my order

3) Absolutely zero or no knowledge of the products they sell, you learn more about the product browsing this forum than speaking to the "Sales Person"

4) No guarantee on executing your order, I tried ordering the same product from 2 different online vendors, not a word, a peep or acknowledgement from this, and these are "reputable" online stores

this is purely an annoyance not as much as bitch, the fact that some of the online stores only start operating from the 9th of January.

At least some do mention when they are open again.

I tried to confirm stock in Nov and the seller told me if they don't mention they have stock their ad will not come up with a Google search. I was not impressed with this false way just to get you to open it and wasting of time.

With all the scams I prefer going to a shop.
