Had the same problem and then installed a SPD on the AC in and the problem went away.  I assume it is the power surge when power is restored after load shedding that is causing the problem

About 3 weeks ago I tried to place on-line orders at three different suppliers for an axpert inverter and a LiFePo4.  I am still waiting for replies.  Likely, I didn't make any payments and just walked away.  These days you don't buy what you want but rather what you can get.  Something as simple as a fuse holder just simply cannot be found anywhere.  Even the fuses themselves are difficult to obtain.  I was told that new stock will only arrive in 2 to 3 months.  I even tried alternative sources such as auto-electricians.

And then the government/municipality has the nerve to tell me that I can sell back excess  KW units at less than half price, when I can't even buy a 100A fuse?  I have to provide the capital outlay, the maintenance, the insurance, the under-roof space sacrifice for the equipment, the negative ascetics to the property (conduits and trunking on outside walls), the likely EMI/RFI/dirty electricity radiation, a possible fire hazard (especially on high-power inverters if you want to sell-back) and the municipality sells-on the units on at 100% profit.  I wouldn't even be surprised if SARS would also come knocking, wanting their cut on my power-generating "enterprise".

They can all go to hell.

If you want to sell your electricity, rather sell it to your solar-less, inverter-less neighbour.  LOL.

What I done before when I still had a Axpert type inverter which is allot like your Must is, I installed a Sonoff wifi switch on the 230V mains “IN” to inverter. Set it to UTI . With this I could basically switch the Eskom to inverter on or off with my phone. So my inverter would run on battery and solar during the day (also setting the  timer) and when I suspect rain I would switch the Sonoff manually on with my phone which started charging the batteries. It worked great I also have CCTV at home and could see if its cloudy or raining even when I was far out of town. This is a very cheap option for less than R500 if you dont want to spend thousands.

We live in Riebeek Kasteel:
2 Tv's,  2 9000btu aircons, 1 firdge freezer, 1 freezer, 1 bar fridge, wifi ( 4 AC Deco mesh point, SDWAN switch and Router and Fibre OTN), Asustor NAS device, I run 2 32 inch monitors on my desk, and then add the normal lights etc:

When working from home I make it through loadshedding using a portable aircon (power hungry beast) and my laptop with the 2 32 inch monitors and all the arbitrary network and storage infrastructure that goes with it. 
2 hour loadshed we do not even blink for them
stove and Oven is gas, and Geyser is separate Solar.
Here is a view of the battery on a 2 hour Loadshed, this is from 18:00 to 20:00, 2 tv's, xbox, and some lights, think the microwave was used somewhere as well:

Im busy with same inverter installation but putting in 9x540w panels that still falls under 480v spec.Heres my install so far

I would compare most inverter noise to be that of a Tumble dryer or washing machine on a cycle. Its more like white noise. Most will hear or take note in the beginning but In the end it becomes less noticeable...

Since this chain is relevant, I have decided to share my experience:
I have 6 x 410watt Canadians giving 2.4 Kw to a LuxPower 5Kw. Battery is a 3.6Kva LSB.
Running 18000btu aircon, 0.75Kw pool pump, 400 watt basic stuff and when fridge is OFF then at night we run at 200watt.
The geyser was a previous project and runs on a water heater sun collector.
You can read about my disaster on another forum, this is the result.
The LuxPower is amazing. Has blend capabilities second to none.
My first full month of use has changed my metered use from 1137 KWH to 730 KWH, a bit disappointing. ( a lot of cloudy days - maybe it will get better. )
If this is the rate of ROI then the total installation cost of 64K is going to take 55 months ( at current electrical rates )
It remains to be seen how long the LuxPower will last.
Is this worth it?
Considering that I work from home and make my money using computer systems - I think yes.
Final thought. This is NOT something to tackle without research and assistance. If you have doubts, get a reputable company ( a very scarce item ) and BEWARE scamsters. This space is absolutely soaked with chancers.

Finally had the luxpower 5k hybrid installed today coupled with the Dyness 2.4kwh lithiums x 2 for now(plan to add a 3rd). Andy @ Aspergo energy was on call to double check install and assist to remotely configured inverter. Big thanks to Andy  @Aspergoand the Seymour electrical guys.

Are your batteries communicating properly with the inverter? the fact that it doesnt happen when on Lead Acid points to a incorrectly configured cCAN cable / CAN setup

Been running on the Luxpower 5000 SNA and a Nova BN52 since the 10th, here are some thoughts, 
Yes the fan on it  is a bit noisy, we got the inverter in the scullery, you aware of it when you in the scullery, otherwise you do not hear it, rather let me say it is not intrusive noise.
I had a huge amount of trouble getting the inverter and battery comms going, there is no consistent guide, inverter should be pin 4 and 5 and battery 7 and 8, or vice versa or 4,5 on both side, it was just insane, I absolutely could not get a consistent communication between the LX and the BN, then I chatted to BlueNova, very very helpful, full kudo's to them, and they said, you need our BMAC module, after installing the bmac and using the supplied cables, we are sweet with the communication, what is cool about the BMAC, it gives you a lot of insight into the battery, more than the inverter supply
The LX5000 setup is a bit weird, you can do it via the control panel on the inverter, it is a bit cumbersome and need some getting used to, you can do it via the web interface, what I found with the web interface, some of the settings are missing, eg. changing the battery type, fan's speed. you can also make changes via the mobile app, this has got more setting than the web interface, but still short some of the fine tune battery
error code 3: I found you get this error during setup if you are trying to set parameters out of bounds, it has got some sanity check, eg you cannot set the ac charge to  100 and have the charge current set to 50amp.
 

i would like to know if any inverter has a RS485 port and the battery has the same and you know the pinouts for inverter and batter with that work communication  ?

This is my installation at my house that does the trick. My requirements.... Or rather the wife, was lights, TV in bedroom and lounge, wifi, the induction plate, (used sparingly during LS) and the blinds or screens that can be dropped when the sun hits. 
3Kw Sinyrji Hybrid with 2 deep cycle batteries... So far, all works perfectly during loadshedding.

This is fraudulent and we have opened a case against them.

I tried to confirm stock in Nov and the seller told me if they don't mention they have stock their ad will not come up with a Google search. I was not impressed with this false way just to get you to open it and wasting of time. 
With all the scams I prefer going to a shop.
