Good day all,

I just noticed that my plant disappeared randomly from my solarman app. I logged out and logged back in and still it’s gone.

It’s also not showing online when I log on via a browser.

Anyone else have this issue?

Same here. After a message flashed that said there was an abnormal occurrence.

Hello, FWIW, I saw this on Monday too. Checked with a neighbor who saw the same. I guess a datacenter issue.

Is anyone still having this problem? My app still isn't working.
