June 21, 20233 yr CPT Metro has month(s) long backlog on CoCT registration i have already 3 installations in the queue for registration. I believe the penality for non registration is R3000-R5000 but if proved that the application processes has been initiated the penalties would not apply.
June 21, 20233 yr Correct. In the news yesterday they announced a relaxation of the penalties. You can now complete install ( with no penaties ) as long as you have proof that you have submitted/started the application process with the Coct. Edited June 21, 20233 yr by WannabeSolarSparky
June 21, 20233 yr What is a bit more concerning is that at the same time they said that going forward ALL registrations will be treated as grid-tie. Maybe we need some clarification on that statement.
