  4. It's due to these kinds of bad practices that the regulation will be tightened as the risk factors far outway the benefits.

  11. You havent mentioned what make of battey you have. Those inverters are actually quite smart as they pickup your cell configuration as being incorrect hence the error. Try changing your settings to LF08 which indicates 8 strings and needs a constant charge voltage of 28.4v. Your lipo cell configuration is most likely connected 2s2p hence wont work on LF07/09.

  14. This will definitely work however by what I can see you only having two strings by having 2s3p which means each parallel connection will require an inline fuse at your branch connector.

  19. Unfortunately there is no option in their current software to switch to a light theme. There are two solutions though. You can either uninstall the new version and download and install one of their previous versions or you can download tgpro which has the exact same interface as their older versions but just branded with another company name.

  24. This is a common problem with the datalogger. Its a directional logger and not omnidirectional. I would suggest that you point the logger in the direction of your modem and restart it. Give it about 5 minutes and that should solve your problem.

Yes it does switch automatically if the parameter is specified (01) SOL. I personally use this SRNE inverter and can hence confirm this.
  29. I would advise battery first and solar later. I went through the same process and went with lithium first. You will discover the huge difference.

I'm looking to procure grounding lugs. My regular suppliers are out of stock. Any recommendations in the Cape Town region.

Vmp is important but not as crucial as voc. It's important to work on the controllers maximum allowed voltage as it can be damaged or destroyed if it is exceeded.
