August 21, 20232 yr The industry at the moment went from a massive demand & under supply. The suppliers reacted & stocked up. Then the government made a decision to run the Open gas turbines with Diesel at a mouth watering rate billions per month. Now the poor suppliers need to get liquid again. They are begging us as installers to buy & support. A lot of installers use to stock up as well. But the new pricing puts their stock at levels that would be a massive loss. If the true picture of reality is back again we back to the high prices. It's actually fascinating to watch unfold. Vasbyt installers. It's a very difficult time ahead in the short term.
December 7, 20232 yr Author Update: Still have the unit, unused and unopened! Dropping the price to R47000 or if anyone is interested, i'd swap it for a new 16kw single phase inverter.
