August 12, 20187 yr I have finally routed my HA-02 through my Volt / Amp meters...(Take no notice of the battery voltage variance on no.2. That battery is on its way out and I am waiting for a new one.) The amps look a bit low though?

That one battery is clearly quite low... I'd expect to see more than 130mA. I think the Victron balancers can move up to 700mA, and I'm pretty sure they move that much when they activate.
