I just had a Victron Quattro installed with Eskom power on AC2-In and a small generator on AC1-In. The generator is limited to 10A.

Is it possible to disconnect AC2-Out when the generator is connected to my inverter? I know it disconnects when there is No AC input on either input but I don't want to kill the generator if a heavy load suddenly comes on while Eskom power is out and the generator is running.

Any ideas?

You could do it with relay assistants. You'd need two. The first one drives the relay off if AC-1 is available, and the second will drive it on if AC-1 is unavailable, preferably after a small delay. Selected screenshots of the relevant parts:
