Im wondering if someone can help me.

I have purchased a Sunsynk 5KW Batterie & Inverter system.

The spec sheet states its a 1C batterie yet its not discharging its full capacity a.p the spec sheet.

I double checked other systems also rated @ 1C.

What I have noticed is that the small print on all 1C rated product states that the QA testing facility tested at 0.2c and that is a significant difference.

How can I number 1 know that my warranty is actually valid? for the warranty is linked to the 0.2C testing?

Number 2 who can I contact to to actually help me?

Number 3 how do I know if this component is actually a 1C rated Batterie if its only tested @0.2c?

Why would you have 1C on your spec but your test facility can only test @ 0.2c?

Please can someone assist if possible for this makes no sense.

Are you saying you're unable to get it to discharge at a 5kw load? If the battery or inverter tripping? Have you verified the settings on the inverter?

Yes it should discharge @ at least 4.8kw with a 1c rating understanding that it will keep a little in the tank.
It should do at least 90% with 10% kept back for batterie sell protection.

I have checked & my settings are correct. 

Post some pics of your battery settings on the inverter aswell as your LiBMS screen.

You're not being clear. What exactly is happening when you put a massive load on the system?

The C rating determines the max load that can be applied to a battery without the risk of damaging the cells.
From what you are stating, you seem to be concerned about the capacity of the battery, i.e. how much energy you are able to extract.
If your Battery is a 5kWh battery and it has a 1C rating, that means you can pull a load of 5kW, more than that and it will shut down. 
If you are concerned that your battery shuts down at 20% SOC, then that is the typical standard for Li batteries to shut down at.
