12.8v Linergy 200Ah LiFePO4

Featured Replies

Good evening,

Please assist. I hope I'm asking on the right platform.

My system setup:  Changi CJ-3000 (3000W DC to AC Inverter) + 12.8v Linergy 200Ah  LiFePO4 + PWM HP2430 Solar Charge Controller + 2x 330W Solar Panels

When the Solar Panel DC breaker is switched off, the battery discharges without any problem power is supplied to the loads.

The problem starts when we switch on the Solar Panel DC breaker on (sun nice and bright). The Inverter switches stays for a few seconds then switches off then comes back on then goes off again. It repeats this cycle until the Solar Panels are switched off. Then the Inverter operates normally.

What could be causing this on and off occurrence?

Good evening @Raps007 and welcome to the forum.

I have read what you have written and it would be helpful to know how the solar charge controller and the inverter is connected to the battery?

Do you have a manual for the battery and the solar charge controller?

What loads do you connect to the inverter?

Kind Regards

What is the inverter display showing for the battery voltage when the panels are switched on. It sounds like the inverter senses a over voltage.
