February 14, 20242 yr Hi I have a 1.1kw borehole pump it draws around 22amp on srartup. i have a 6.5kw hibrid inverter and a 105kw litium battery in my system. I need advice on purchasing the following solar panels, Sungold 450w mono panels x 6, I want to run two strings of 3 panels in parralel . The panel specs is Voc 41.58v Vmp 34.65v isc 14.03 amp. Advice will be appreciated as money is limited. Thank you
February 14, 20242 yr @percy Please confirm specs for inveter's built in mppt, so far the plan sounds fine for a low voltage model. Just need to confirm that the inverter is indeed a low voltage model.

The sweet spot for your model would be around 9 panels in series. It also has a very nice and low start up voltage. So 6 panels in series is fine.

You can always try it out with 6 as indicated or even use 6 in series in 1 string before going the 9 in series route.
