February 14, 20242 yr Hi everyone. A friend of mine has a US3000 with a bad cell. Currently the system have 5x US3000's and on one battery when the SOC reaches about 70%, it drops rapidly to about 30%/20%/10%. When checking the voltages, only one cell is lower than the rest: 3.19V vs 3.28V. Is there anything I can do? Or does anyone have some spare cells for me?

Have the cells been charged high enough for balancing to take place and kept at a high level for days to balance properly? Perhaps run on 4 batteries and manually doctor the 5th battery?
