I have installed 2 x 12kVa 3 phase Deye inverters connected in parallel. Even though I have ample solar genration, it still draws power from the grid. Load first is enabled. I would really appreciate any advice on minimising the grid usage. Thank you.

Looks like the solar power is not enough for both charging the battery and house loads. You can reduce the loads to see if it continues to draw from the grid

If I trip Eskom, solar production actually increases.

We finally found  the problem. It seems like the inverter draws from the grid on the smartload - this has something to do with reactive power. I took the geysers off the smartload and the system is working perfectly.
