Hi

I have three Axpert-type inverters in parallel charging seven Pylontech batteries.  I have a Rasberry Pi with ICC software to monitor the system.

Yesterday I noticed that my batteries seem to be over charged, ie all are >= 106% charged, as reported on ICC

I have attached screenshots of the battery details, my settings and and graphs of the PV and Battery trends through the day.

I assume this cannot be good but am not sure what to do.

Any ideas?

As long as the voltages are within the manufacturer limits, don't worry about it. It's a pylontech thing.

I've seen this on the US3000 running firmware v1.3. It doesn't happen with firmware v3.4

Did you upgrade the firmware yourself?

Yes

Did you get the firmware directly from Pylontech?

Pylontech contacted Segen Solar who then supplied me with the software and the firmware file as well as the how to document.

You can reset the SOC in BatteryView. Never had to do it myself though.

Do you mean "reset" as in set it higher so that what is now showing as 105% will show as 100% after the reset?

Never done it myself but I would imagine so.

I just tried it and my battery was already at 100%.  It saved a file to the log and It reset the SOC at 90% and started to charge it again. Battery capacity has also been reset at 73.999Ah US3000C now it's back at 100% SOC
