October 13, 20241 yr Hi What will be a typical power collection setting. I have 48v hybrid system. 2x Mercer 5.6kva, 2 x 5.1 Hubble AM5 battaries and 24 x 450w panels. My setting currently. Panels plus grid then batteries if grid fails. Program 01, SUb I did test where I switch off eskom main feed in the DB. So then only panels an batteries provide power. At night time I switch eskom back on. Is it better not to switch off eskom and let my current settings do their job? Or what will the best overall settings be in the program setup for a Mecer SOL-I-AX-5M4. Looks like the grid is providing the power or am I reading the display wrong1nn1 Edited October 13, 20241 yr by Johan Kotze More info

The next guy would use the PV stored in the battery to save on utility cost. The intention would affect the solution and answer.
