Solar panels that provide enough power so that the inverter can use this or 2. Battery capacity that can provide enough power connected to the inverter as well, it will mix battery + grid, or battery + grid or even solar + battery + grid to provide the UPS/load part with power... Apart from the inverter what have you got that is connected to the inverter?
