Deye 8kw ats240 port problem.

Featured Replies

Gents,

We have this inverter that does not do a neutral earth bonding when the municipality power goes off. It does not give 230v as it is supposed to do.

It has the right relay in and it is correctly wired.

Anybody has a fix for this problem?

Hi @Johandup

Have you activated it in the menu, I think it is “Grid Signal” in the Battery Setup Menu Page 2. This should activate the 230v output on the ats240, when the grid is lost.

Was done. This inverter went in for repairs at some stage and I suspect it came back faulty. The neutral bond was not such a topic then.

Why is the Deye firmware update not as easy as the Sunsynk one?

Measure the voltage on ATS in the current state- Grid available.  There should be 0V.  If it measures 240V, then you must tick the Signal Island Option under Advanced Menu.
