February 28, 20251 yr Gents, We have this inverter that does not do a neutral earth bonding when the municipality power goes off. It does not give 230v as it is supposed to do. It has the right relay in and it is correctly wired. Anybody has a fix for this problem?
February 28, 20251 yr Hi @Johandup Have you activated it in the menu, I think it is “Grid Signal” in the Battery Setup Menu Page 2. This should activate the 230v output on the ats240, when the grid is lost. Edited February 28, 20251 yr by Chunks Spelling

The neutral bond was not such a topic then. Why is the Deye firmware update not as easy as the Sunsynk one?
February 28, 20251 yr Measure the voltage on ATS in the current state- Grid available. There should be 0V. If it measures 240V, then you must tick the Signal Island Option under Advanced Menu.
