Why is the PV not charging my batteries?

I was under impression the PV gets send to the house load and the remaining to the battery.

I have attached a few screenshots.

So the total load on the inverter, as per your snapshots, is Load (247W) + what goes into the battery (294W) = 541 W.

The PV is generating 626W.

Thus the balance (626W - 541W) = 85W is the losses (heat / processing / conversion) in the Inverter itself.

Nothing wrong with that, they all do that.

The 85W used by the inverter is spot on with self use. There are however times that my inverter on low load would only use down to 68W.

Thank you, what confused me the arrow from the battery flowed in the wrong direction. Looked like flowing from the battery to the inverter.

My app does change the arrow direction to indicate charging/discharging, so your Power Flow view is unexpected. To double check go to the Battery view, it should show a negative value for power when charging.
