April 12, 20197 yr That's the way it is. No more, no less. Despite COCT's approach being somewhat badly implemented as a whole - it is currently the most enlightened (no pun intended). It needs some work (OK, perhaps a lot of work) but it's a step. Despite what COCT is doing - Nersa can still pull the plug on all of us. It seems after all this time the only thing they managed to do is decide on how much they will charge you as a fee to register you as SSEG. Everything else seems to be shambles. Remember the ill fated attempt last year when Nersa asked for comments on SSEG ? When they wanted to charge a tax on your solar and even your little standby generator ? They got quite a earful from the public as response and quickly hid back in the rabbit hole. We'll see how long it takes until they will stick their head out again with another attempt. Why does it have to be so difficult ?
