Where is the best place to put my Sunsynk inverter's thermocouple on my 2 Hubble AM2 batteries?

Should it be on the master battery but how and where?

Place the thermocouple on the side of one battery, roughly mid-height or the middle battery in a stacked setup (worst airflow).

Use Kapton tape to secure it tightly and add a small piece of double sided mirror tape over it (peel only 1 side).
