Wanted: Solar Controller 12V

Looking for a good but budget solar controller maybe someone have one not being used laying in storage somewhere for sale. Typical panel i can use will be 250-450W.

I want to use it for a small project to install outside lights running from panel(s) and battery. (no mains available)

I am in Centurion but willing to pay shipping.
