Do Axperts support Grid-tie/Sharing?

Buenas tardes colegas, espero puedan ayudarme.

Saludos

You have inadvertently (I hope) posted in Spanish.

Um, fault code 09 isn't one that you can typically recover from. Usually it means that several of the full-bridge IGBTs are shorted, and it often takes out many of the DC-DC MOSFETs as well. Gate drivers are often collateral damage.

None of the service manuals seem to cover the Solar Charge Controllers. A PWM SCC should be fairly simple: basically just a MOSFET that is usually on, except pulsed when the battery is nearly charged, and off when fully charged.

So you'll have to trace the SCC on your own if you want a schematic, sadly. You should first check if it's worth repairing; if many of the MOSFETs are destroyed, then you'll need good desoldering equipment.

Edit: you may be able to find a more relevant service manual in the files section of this forum. The one you posted is for 1000 and 2000 W models only. Yours is probably 3000 VA / 2400 W, at a guess.

Edit 2: The PIP-2424HSE1 is the current PWM model, presumably replacing the PIP-2424HSE. If you really have an MSE, (M for MPPT), then you actually have an MPPT model, not a PWM model.

thank you very much for your answer Coulomb, the model is a PIP2424MSE1 of 2400 watts / 3000 KVA

About error 9 is what the user transmitted to me, but I have no record of that failure when I entered the watch power, what's more there is no record prior to my test in the workshop.

The inverter works perfectly in the rest of the stages, generates AC, charges batteries with AC in and bypass mode also works. It shows the voltage of the panels on the display but never the arrow of the flow to the batteries, nor changing the charging priority to solar

I am going to relieve the circuit from the panels to the batteries to get the necessary know-how and then I will share it to see what they think,

I am going to translate this answer with Google, I hope the wording is correct.

Kind regards

So the MPPT range is 30-80 VDC, with an absolute max of 105 VDC. Is your panel voltage in this range?

It sounds like there is just some fault with the SCC, and it might not be too difficult to fix. I published a partial schematic trace for a 5 kVA's SCC here.

NOTE: if you really have a PWM model, then it will be very different to this.
