Have a chat to Microcare?

You must check the time and the amperage settings that decide when the MPPT goes to float. I don't have the manual handy, but after the bulk charge when the amps drop below a level that you can set and stay there for a set time, then it goes to float. Your amp setting may be too high.

I have a similar setup and want to know what settings have you eventually used on the microcare MPPT ?
