June 14, 20197 yr just read the new report the Australian Test Center has published. http://batterytestcentre.com.au/reports/ I must admit I am very impressed how well some of the lithium batteries (especially the Pylontech's) perform. It is now clear that they will achieve the claimed cycles. But what about age? They can not simulate that. What effect does age have on a lithium battery? 6000 cycles is almost 20 years! I wonder how much we will pay for a kW/h in 20 years 🤣
