Good day all.

my local supplier is requesting some values before a warranty for the Pylontech batteries can be activated. The problem is that the values relate to Voltronic inverters and I have Easysolar inverters (Victron Multiplus). Can someone please assist me in where to get the corresponding values with my Easysolar:

Program 02: Max charging current Bulk charging voltage (C.V. voltage)

Program 05: Battery type Floating charge voltage

Program 12: Setting voltage point back to utility source Battery cut-off discharging voltage when grid is available

Program 13: setting voltage point back to battery mode Battery re-discharging voltage when grid is available

Program 26: Bulk charging voltage (C.V. voltage) Battery cut-off discharging voltage when grid is unavailable

Program 29: Low DC cut-off voltage

Can someone also tell me if I must still obtain a local warranty from my supplier even though I have filled in the Pylontech "sign up battery" section for the warranty and have received an official registration number?

thank you in advance and kind regards

It's all in the settings in VE.Configure. Except for 12 and 13. Victron ESS setups don't switch on voltage. They use battery SOC. What is more, if you turn on DVCC then charging is controlled by the BMS anyway.

The stuff you need to set is all explained here: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:pylontech_phantom

Don't worry about yours being a US3000. It's still the same basic battery.

Send screenshots of the VE.Configure charger tab and the ESS assistant config. That should be enough.

Program 02: here i am actually not that sure but i suspect 30A

Program 05: USE

Program 12: 48V

Program 13: 51V

Program 26: 53.2V

Program 29: 47.5V

you should also set 27 somewhere between 50.3-52V

note these are Axpert values, your corresponding should imo be similar?
