I have installed my two 5KVA axperts in parallel, followed all the steps as per the manual. But it do not give the LCD display as per the manual, where it is suppose to show (HS) for master and (SL) for slave it shows nothin , Can any body give me some advice.

I assume you checked your connections to be sure they are connected correctly. Have you also set program 28 from SIG to PAR?

 

If that is the case, did you switch both units off and then on again, one after the other. When I installed mine that was all I had to do. The first one switched on then recognises as master and the second one as slave.

I read somewhere that one has switch off and switch the one that is going to be the master first and then the slave. I have no experience of multiple inverters but that is a titbit that lodged in my brain.

Thank you guys for the feed back, you are right, you have to switch it on in a specific sequence, first all you dc supplies, then you check that it show HS(for Master) and SL (for Slave) if it do not configure like that automatically, you must go to Point 28 and set it to PAL on both of them. The you switch on the utility and load.  

And, make sure firmware is the same
