April 8, 20206 yr That's not an error, it's a ⚠ warning. Also, it's "Eq" (for EQualisation) not "E9". If you don't expect equalisation, check your settings, numbered up in the thirties. It's there because when you use equalisation on flooded lead acid batteries, the battery voltage is usually quite high, and you could be losing water from your battery cells. But if you are using the equalisation settings to work around the premature float bug, you should be using your standard bulk/absorb voltage, so it should be safe to ignore. April 9, 20206 yr The "E9" Is the indication that you're inverter/solar - PV is busy with the cycle of battery equalization. Equilization will occur on a delay cycle base which depends on the setting registers 37 interval period, 35 time duration, 36 time period.
April 9, 20206 yr there is nothing wrong with you're unit at all, hope the previous information has helped. Should you not require you're system to execute the routine, you could disable it by changing the settings. This all depends on the type of batteries you are using as the power storage base.

However, it can be used as a workaround for the premature float bug, especially in models where no patched firmware is available. In these cases, the equalisation voltage (setting 34) would be set to the same (or very nearly the same) as the bulk/absorb battery voltage (setting 26). If setting 34 is significantly higher than setting 26, then this is indeed bad for your non-lead-acid battery, and you should turn it off by changing setting 33 (battery equalisation enable/disable) to EdS (disable).
