July 27, 20206 yr I've just installed an Infinisolar 5kW Plus with 2 x Pylontech 3.5kWh batteries. But my laptop is not seeing the inverter to adjust the parameters to suit Pylontech. I've used the USB cable supplied with the inverter. Am I missing something?
July 27, 20206 yr Hi Bruce did the Watch Power come with the inverter? Perhaps try Solar Power too. My Infini doesn't work with Watch Power but works with Solar Power. Good luck.

November 26, 20214 yr I am facing the same challenge, my watchpower can't see Infinisolar 15Kw Inverter. I have tried using both USB and serial cable.
