October 19, 20205 yr Hello Together, also did not work from my side (Germany). The mentioned pwd works for browser based access - but not for the ShinePhone App (tried this several times). Did ask Growatt today and have not response since. Kind regards Fritz /Frankfurt Germany

March 28, 20224 yr And... having got in I see the parameters are not appropriate to the inverter model. Settings I made through the control panel on the inverter are not reflected in the settings in the app. ??? Some refer to a 48V system - this is a 24V system
June 13, 20224 yr I am having trouble with SOC % value ; I have a 48v system and as soon as inverter kicks in on Battery beiing source ; the SOC drops from 100% tp 505 then 25% in few minutes on a 13% load (5KVA system with 200AH Lead acid batteries) with BAttery voltage never below 48.8 V which according to manual should read 75% or higher on low load . I found settings for" Battery to main working Point " at 48v and "Main to battery working Point " at 56V ; Anyone knows what are these settings mean ? Anyone has same issue with SOC as mine ? The inverter does not cutt off even at 10% (Batt volt 47v !!!) ; I think SOC reading algorythm is wrong although Battery type is correct (Flooded) and did not set any user defined setting - even reset to factory default then put battery flood type - no change ! Thanks .
June 29, 20224 yr Hi everyone, I'm trying to change setting 13 through the shinephone app but of course the app doesn't number the settings neatly like on the inverter itself. I think the corresponding setting on the app is 'grid to battery operational point' but could someone confirm?
July 3, 20224 yr Hi, I need to force charge my batteries between certain times when power is cheaper for me, and I can charge my EV. Does anyone know how to do this that could help me please? Thank you

Limitation is only 1 period can be set, so for example if you set it too 0104 the invertor will only allow utility to charge the battery between 1am-4am daily

November 6, 20223 yr I did a video on this subject showing how to do it through the shine app https://youtu.be/1v0IiTx8YDA
December 1, 20223 yr Hiya ... What is "pf command" and what does it do.... Also my system is exporting to the grid around 200w per day is this normal or how do I stop it from happening.... The control settings don't seem to make any difference.... Thank you in advance
December 14, 20223 yr Hello, Which version of shinephone are you using And allows you to control the invertor? I Can only see, but change nothing. Thanks a lot. R

Thanks . Hello, I have the same problem. All modification I made in the inverter doesn't change the fact the battery SOC drops to 10% before I stop manually to discharge it. My setting are: Lv=50V in Load first Stop SOC = 50% but as I said I have to manually stopp discharging otherwize it will drop dramatically for my Lead acid batteries. In the Shinephone App I found in the discharge TOU that I enter thancks to the code growattyyyymmdd and found the stop discharge value = 5% . When I want to increase this value There is an error message saying : note(501) modification failed. Is there someone who can help me? BR Rémy from France

April 15, 20233 yr When I log in, I can change some values. I also get the message that it was successful, but when I connect again the old values are there again. I have a growatt 7000UE
January 17, 20242 yr Growatt+date also works on mine. Consider using the China timezones. I believe they are a day ahead of you
