Two parallel inverters connected to one battery

Hi, can two 5kW Axpert MKS11 48V inverters connected in parallel, be connected to one 7,4kWh Solar MD battery?

Yes. Paralleled Voltronic Power inverters always have to share the same battery.

Hi there,

Similar question to the above but my battery is smaller. Can I install 2 * MKSII 48v inverters on 1 * 4.8kw 100ah Narada Lithium Iron Battery? I would like to do this to increase the peak load capability of the system

Regards

Following this as i was also thinking of doing the same with the 2 * Sunsync 5.5kw inverters just to add more panels for load during the day.

I should have mentioned last post that I was only answering whether sharing the battery was appropriate in any circumstances. Not whether a 7.4 kWh battery is sufficient for two inverters.

100 Ah is already a bit small for one inverter. 200 Ah is recommended, though that's likely assuming that they are lead acid. But for two inverters, especially if the aim is more peak load capacity, I think 4.8 kWh (100 Ah) is too small. The BMS will likely only allow about 1C, which is 100 Ah, which is less than 5 kW after losses.
