Deye Inverter not using PV and batteries (only Grid)

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, I hope someone can assist me with this issue.

I recently had a system installed.

2 x 5kVa Deye Hybrid Inverters

3 x Pylontech US3000C batteries

12 x 400w Panels.

No matter what I do, the inverter uses the grid to power the load, unless I switch the grid off, then only it switches over to panels and batteries.

  • 2 weeks later...

I have turned the CT around, put in other position's, the only way for not to feed is to disable.

Another thing with the baterrye it works fine from solar PV but the I need to tick solar sell the one next to zero export to CT.

I have even played around with the quantity of zero export and max sell power, no luck :(

I think I found the solution.

I disabled the battery, left the settings and plugged the BMS cable in the inverter and and CAN of the Pylontech, switched everything AC/DC power switched on and left it for about 10 minutes and walla

Change your max sell power to the highest value. This is the power that the inverter is "selling" to the home.

This is from my sunsynk.
