Hi @ Buyeye You dont have a problem with too much current going into the inverter from the panels. Max is 18 amps. I want to do the same setup as you 2S2P but I have 16 - 370W panels that ISC is 11.39.
July 26, 20215 yr 16 x 370 = 5920 which is within the 6000 watt pv input limit, check the sticker on the side it also says 40 A ac input. It seems they compensated for the 93% efficiency by allowing higher inputs than the outputs. I've started hearing a beeping when overload time is finished. To answer your question you should not have a problem but I tell everyone the same thing that at R19k the deye/sunsynk on the powerforum store is a much better inverter with better efficiency and 2 mppt's. I would like to do the same with my panels 2 parallel strings of 8 but Isc is 11.39A and the max panel PV amps is 18 on the SPF5000ES

From memory they are 9A imp which seems my timing was just right since you can't get those anymore. You should be OK since mppt's are good at limiting current as long as you are within the voltage specs which you are. Your 8s2p is exactly the same as mine but you have better panels but you won't be losing any production since total of your panels is still within 6000 watts. Edited July 27, 20215 yr by Buyeye

The one on the far right is a battery fuse but I'm not using it since the powerbox comes with it's own breaker. I might use it if I get a second powerbox to parallel. Then I would need a busbar to the 2 powerbox then connect the cables from the busbar to the fuse. Edited July 27, 20215 yr by Buyeye
