Agree with @Sidewinder the current 4S3P string is causing a overvoltage on solar(145v). Looking at the specs of the panels max solar input will reach 145v early morning (140,7v STD). With the cold weather that voltage is a lot higher. Suggest you change to 3S4P configuration.
