  2. I post the following as a matter of interest. I noticed the temperature on my inverter (Axpert max 7.2) was running quite high. It has been in service for 1 year 4 months. Notice the drop in temperature after I cleaned the two filters on either side top section. This should be at least a yearly maintenance activity.
  3. Ok it is now more than a week later with the Narada batteries switched off. Problem solved. The confusing thing was that during the winter months I never had this problem but now I understand why. Due to the "bad weather" the system was not able to fully charge all 5 batteries thus there were no "clashes" between the different bms's. Something to remember - never mix different batteries! Regards.
  4. I have now disconnected the Narada and will leave so for at least a week and monitor.
  5. It happens so quickly that I never get to the display in time to see any error codes. I have gone through the manual and there is an over temperature error code - but nothing on display. I did once briefly see something about a "battery fuse" problem but it cleared very fast again. Is there a possibility that the different battery type's bms's are causing conflict of some sort? I replaced the original bms with another one on the Narada but everything is within specs. This bms also does not do any communication via the battery leads. I could remove the Narada for a couple of days and monitor without but - I had it working like this before for a long time without any problems. The temperature is not stuck at such a high value. It does go down really low when lo load and or cold. This situation presents itself normally between 12 to 14H00 midday. Even at times the load is low. Unfortunately it is just out of warrantee.
  6. My inverter has suddenly started switching the AC output on and off normally when the batteries are fully loaded. The load is not high - sometimes about 4.5Kw. I do have 2 x Hubble AM-2 batteries and a Narade 4.8 battery connected together. The inverter temperature shows about 74degree C. Could this be the problem and if so how does one solve this? I made sure the battery load amps are set to 150A. (At 4500W load it is about 90A on battery side) Any suggestions? Francois
  7. I have ordered a s15 100Amp BMS from Bidorbuy which is on its way. If you are interested you may have the two faulty BMS's for free. Send me an email at [email protected] Live in Bellville Cape Town

Also consider 5.5 kWh AM-2 from Hubble Lithium.
  10. I have three Narada 4.8 batteries of which two BMS's are faulty. Does anyone know where I can have it repaired? Francois Raath
