Hi All, Why would the inverter disconnect from PV when the battery is full. I want to use sun power during the day, and only battery during the night. Is it the BMS from the Pylontech doing this. Thanks

Sorted Thanks. But why does the PV disconnect when battery is full. I want to use Panels during the day, as first priority. What I see is household will use battery to around 50v and then only switch on Pv again to charge to 53v.

Hi All. Installed new growatt and 1 x Pylontech 3000. When following the instructions mine is still flashing 04 and 20. The Li does come on. Other setting also display percentage. Do I need the firmware upgrade. If so could someone please email me. [email protected]. Thanks All. Daniel

Hi All, I have noticed that the Growatt Invert settings and Layout are the same as the Axpert inverter. As for the Premature float in the Axpert and with Firmware to be upgraded, does the same apply to the Growatt or has this been sorted. The reason that I am asking is that my port does not work on my axpert so upgrading firmware is out. So I have to buy a new Inverter and looking at the Growatt. Feedback will be appreciated Daniel

HI all, I am looking at buying a new inverter. Gatvol for the axpert, float bugs, usb port not working so cant upgrade firmware, etc etc. Is there any recommendation as what to go next without all these problems? Got the Axpert 5kva at the moment with 12 x 250W Panels. Need to run my 2 x Fridges,Kettle now and then, Iron now and then, and some light stuff. Lights are on there own system 12V. All else is gas. Hi All, I have a problem with my mppt showing 100% allday, but as soon as i start load it immediatly drops to 80%. It is a 30 amp, with 2 x 200watt Panels connected in parallel with 2 x 200 a/h Gel Batteries. I only run 12v/3w lights of the system. Most lights run are about 8 of them. Could it be the batteries that are faulty. Regards and Confused.

Hi, There are 4 x Batteries in the string. Yes setting 27 is at 54. And the firmware is U1 72 40.

Hi All, really need you help again. And please any info rwquired I will assist. I can not find thr spec of these batteries to make sure my setting are correct. The system indicates that it is charging the batreries but it is not. As soon as therebis a load such as a kettle it drops to one bar. Yes the system indicates that it is fully charged on the screen.

So the settings are 12 - 51v 13 - 53v 18 - snu 26 - 56.4 27- 52.8v 29 - 48v

Hi All, i did a test by switching off utility to check my battiers at 19.15. The result was that they where empty and not charged so that would have ment that if we had power failure we would have been in the dark. I took this picture. Somewhere there is a setting wrong whereby the batteries are not kept full. I have set all settings as suggested above. What else could be the problem. The picture does not show but battery was on one bar and emmediately died.

No it is 175W on the screen. My panels are already in Series of 3.

Hi Thanks. I saw this, this morning 06.18am. Why is utilty not charging my battiers if solar is insufficient. Is it becuase of option 1 - sol? I need the batteries to stay full for that emergency situation.
